Delete Your Kairi Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Kairi account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Kairi mobile app, published by Kairi.

Delete your account in the app

If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest way:

Open Kairi and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted as soon as you confirm. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, can't sign in, or would rather not use the in-app flow, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify the request and delete your account and data manually, typically within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

Account information — email address, login credentials, display name, and Google account link, if used.
Health & vitals data — blood pressure, cholesterol (LDL/HDL/triglycerides), blood glucose, HbA1c, medication and smoking status, and any notes attached to them.
Onboarding & profile information — date of birth, gender, height, weight, and selected health goals.
Meal, recipe, and product data — food logs, food photos submitted for analysis, saved recipes, and scan history.
Reminder settings.

What may be retained

A few things fall outside our systems or outside what deletion can reach:

Subscription and purchase transaction records held by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their own retention policies — billing history isn't something we control or store ourselves.
Information we're legally required to retain for a limited period, such as records needed for fraud prevention or to comply with applicable law.
Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
