None of this means a specific eating window is required — consistency and individual routine matter more than chasing a strict schedule, and anyone on glucose-lowering medication should loop in a doctor before changing meal timing. But for most people, front-loading larger meals earlier in the day and keeping mealtimes reasonably regular is a low-effort way to smooth out blood sugar swings, worth as much attention as what's actually on the plate.
